In case holding of a sitting of the Verkhovna Rada today, a bill on parliamentary elections in five troubled constituencies will not be considered, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing.
According to him, the opposition stands against consideration of this bill because it is not agreed upon by all factions.
Rybak noted that during consultations with the leaders of the factions he said that removes the bill from agenda, so he does not see any grounds for blocking the rostrum.
