Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak does not rule out that a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will take place outside the session hall, he told parliamentary journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.

"I suppose that the Parliament may hold an offsite meeting. But I do not know where and how," he said.

He also noted that it is currently unclear whether the Parliament will hold its evening meeting, which is due to begin on Thursday at 4 pm.

However, Rybak said that the opposition has no grounds to block the work of parliament.

According to him, he cannot either today or tomorrow meet with President Viktor Yanukovych and talk to him about the requirements of the opposition, because he is paying an official visit to Serbia.
