The President cannot address the Parliament, when the rostrum is blocked, MP from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Makeyenko told journalists on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The President cannot come, because the rostrum is blocked," Makeyenko said.
As Makeyenko recalled, the MPs were given the message of the President to get acquainted with it.
