Uniting the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service of Ukraine passes in a systematic and timely manner, incomes and fees minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Klimenko told a briefing after the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Reforming and consolidation of the Customs Service and the State Tax Service is held in a systematic way and very quickly, but more importantly, without discomfort to the taxpayers," the minister said.
According to him, the agency completes the formation of regional bodies, as well as all the organizational issues, related to the creation of the Incomes and Fees Ministry.
"The process of integration not just allows eliminating duplicate functions and reducing the number of officials, but also using the opportunity to create a common information space," Klimenko added.
