The Cabinet of Ministers will hear a report on the elimination of consequences of disaster in Odesa next week, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said during the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

"On Monday, I instructed the Finance Ministry to allocate funds for the repair of two trolleybus routes in Odesa, replacement of broken wires. I also instructed to complete the calculation of the basic losses and finance works in the aftermath of the disaster till Thursday. Next week the government will hear a report on the implementation of the planned measures," the Prime Minister noted.

According to him, he was pleased with work of rescuers, engaged in the liquidation of the consequences of disaster in Odesa.

"Disaster disrupted the normal functioning of the city for a few days. The relevant services were given the task as quickly as possible to overcome the effects of the bad weather. I ask only to be understanding to the fact that the elimination of such large-scale destruction takes time. I want to thank our emergency services, military and volunteers for their help and work," Azarov said.
