As a result, Ukrainian automakers have cut production of trucks by nearly 50%, of passenger cars - by 61.2%. It was even about to completely stop the car factories and fire all the workers. We were forced to take balanced measures to protect the domestic auto industry.
So, who benefited from such a confrontation?" he asked rhetorically.
According to him, with the signing of a memorandum Ukraine won the opportunity to participate in the meetings of the working bodies of the Eurasian Economic Commission, to get familiar with project documents and voice its opinions on the discussed solutions.
