Opposition demands to publish the directives of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on signing of the memorandum on the deepening of cooperation between Ukraine and the Eurasian Economic Commission, leader of the All-Ukrainian Union Batkivshchyna Arseniy Yatseniuk stated, speaking in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, Azarov as Prime Minister had the right to sign the documents only on behalf of the Ukrainian government, not on behalf of the state.
"We demand from the President to promulgate the directives, given to Azarov on signing of this document, as the Prime Minister had signed the document, which contradicts the law on principles of domestic and foreign policy of Ukraine, the document, which pulls Ukraine back to the dark Soviet past," MP said.
