The annual address of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has arrived at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Speaker Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing after the conciliation board, Interfax informs.
“The President’s address is in the Parliament, and it is being distributed to all MPs for work,” he said.
However, he did not predict whether Yanukovych would personally present the document in Parliament.
“If the situation in parliament is the one that the Verkhovna Rada wants to listen to and show respect for the president, of course, the president will come and talk,” Rybak said.
