Ukraine does not go to the Customs Union, so the Memorandum on deepening cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Commission does not require ratification by the Verkhovna Rada, speaker Volodymyr Rybak said, responding to a question from journalists after the conciliation council in the Parliament.

"We do not go to the Customs Union. If we went to the Customs Union, then there would be a document, which would have to be ratified in the Parliament," Rybak said.
He noted that these are only "intentions" of Ukraine, and Ukraine will see how the Customs Union works inside.

At the same time, Rybak reminded that "we have prepared the agreement, which will be considered in November, - the Association with the European Union".

"When you will read the address of the President to the Parliament, you will see that here the main issue is the European integration," the speaker said.
