Chairman of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov congratulated winners of the local elections and asked the opposition to learn how to lose with dignity.
"I would like first of all to congratulate new leaders of cities and towns, who were elected yesterday. Dear colleagues, you should learn how to lose with dignity, instead of looking for the nuances," he said during conciliation board of faction leaders and heads of parliamentary committees, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the election results in Alchevsk confirmed the exit polls.
