Memorandum on granting Ukraine an observer status in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which is the executive body of the Customs Union, is expected to be made public after its signing, spokesman of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vitaliy Lukyanenko stated.
"This memorandum will be made public after the signing," Lukyanenko said.
He also noted that the memorandum is a multilateral instrument and can not be made public by the decision of one of the parties.
Lukyanenko stressed that the Ukrainian side has no reason not to publish the document after it is signed.
