Opposition MPs will not participate in any vote to be held in the Kyiv City Council after June 2, MP from the UDAR Party faction Viktor Chumak said on air of the Channel 5.
"Members of the All-Ukrainian Union Batkivshchyna, the UDAR Party, some individual deputies will not participate in votes in the Kyiv City Council. De facto, they terminate their powers," he noted.
According to Chumak, deputies will sit and fix all the illegal votes of the city council members to open criminal cases for the usurpation of power after the power will be changed.
"It's the only right decision. After all, today it is impossible to withdraw the mandates, to withdraw the lists, nullify the lists - such a decision is not provided for by law. Self-dissolution of the city council is not provided for by the law too," the MP added.
