Ukraine expects to receive from “Gazprom” an advance payment for gas transit through the territory of Ukraine to Europe in 2103, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This is in our plans," he said.
