Prime Minister Mykola Azarov congratulated singer Zlata Ognevich on a brilliant performance at the contest "Eurovision-2013" and presented a certificate of honour of the Cabinet of Ministers and a watch from the Prime Minister, the press service of the government reports.

He said that he worried a lot about Zlata during the contest. "I liked the song and its creative design. It's nice that Ukraine was represented at such a high level. I took my time and watched all the competition. In my view, you were the best performer in this contest," the Prime Minister said.

Azarov noted that the victory of Zlata Ognevich was significant, as it showed Europe once again that Ukraine is very rich in talents.

He stressed that the government will continue to support young talents.
