Establishment of agricultural cooperatives is the basis for formation of the middle class in the rural area, President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said at the opening ceremony of the 25th International Agriculture Exhibition AGRO 2013 in Kyiv on Wednesday.
"Stimulating agricultural cooperative movement is the main and the right way of forming a rich powerful middle class in the village," the President said.
Yanukovych stressed that the state will continue working on the issues of deregulation of business activities. "Work in the area of deregulation of business activities and creating attractive business climate should be continued," he noted.
