At today's session, the City Council plans to consider a range of humanitarian issues, deputy mayor - City Council secretary Halyna Hereha told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to her, a draft decision "Capital education standard" is already prepared, which provides for a single education standard for all city educational institutions. The first step will be the implementation of standards in preschools.

The project will be funded at the expense of the capital budget and investment funds.

In addition, at today's meeting the MPs plan to amend the city target program "Care. Meeting needs of Kyiv residents" for 2011-2015.

In particular, it is planned to introduce new points, such as one-time assistance to women, who have three or more children, provision of "card of Kyiv resident" and free transportation to people, who take care of people with disabilities.

In general, Kyiv City Council deputies are going to consider 264 draft resolutions, 40 of them are general, 62 - issues of ownership, 162 – issues of urban development.
