Speaking at the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada after the break, interior minister Vitaly Zakharchenko assured MPs that all those responsible for fighting on May 18 will be punished, ForUm correspondent reports.
In addition, referring to the citizens of Ukraine, the minister said that "the police will protect everyone."
It is worth noting that this phrase caused laughter among the members of the opposition.
"You are laughing in vain, because if something happens, you immediately call the police," Zakharchenko said in response to reaction of deputies.
