Upon investigation and on the basis of the evidence, "deliberate minor injury" (Article 125 Part 1 of the Criminal Code) was reclassified to "hooliganism" (Article 296 Part 2 of the Criminal Code), interior minister of Ukraine Vitaly Zakharchenko said during the session of the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
