The law enforcement officers operated at a proper level during the events on May 18 in Kyiv, interior minister Vitaly Zakharchenko stated, speaking from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
In addition, he said that the internal investigation is being conducted to assess the professional actions of police officers.
The minister also urged MPs to pass the law on peaceful meetings.
