Interior minister Vitaly Zakharchenko states that persons, who attacked the journalists on May 18, hide.
Such information was announced yesterday during the meeting of the head of the Interior Ministry with MPs from the opposition Arsen Avakov, Leonid Yemets (Batkivshchyna faction members), Iryna Herashchenko (UDAR faction) and journalist Viktoria Siumar.
Minister informed that identity of persons, who beat the journalist Olga Snitsarchuk and Vlad Sodel, is established and they indeed are members of fight club, and both, Titushko and Boiko, now disappeared from the habitual residence.
The minister reiterated the willingness to report to Parliament "if MPs vote for that," and also informed about the beginning of internal investigation into police inactivity.
However, the minister failed to answer how military equipment – an armoured vehicle without plate - was in the city center and drove through all the police cordons.
