The Party of Regions asks not to consider a bill related to the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine reformation on Tuesday, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told during the Conciliation Board.
“We make a proposal to postpone including into the agenda this week an issue related to reformation of the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, as this issue is political and is of great importance for the society, it should be revised in order to be considered,” Yefremov said.
Draft law No. 2937 “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine with the aim of reformation of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine” was planned to be included into the agenda on Tuesday.
The draft law, initiated by the Cabinet, proposes to lift a ban on privatization of state enterprises, daughter enterprises of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, engaged in transportation of gas by main pipelines and its storage in underground storages, as well as enterprises, establishments and organizations, formed as a result of their reorganization.
