MPs banned unaccompanied children under 16 years old from visiting cafes, restaurants and clubs from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m.
As ForUm correspondent reports, 350 MPs voted for adoption in the second reading and as a whole bill №0952 on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the minors’ stay in the catering and entertainment institutions at night.
The bill stipulates that a child under 16 years old shall stay in the catering or entertainment establishment after 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. with one parent or with a legal representative.
In addition, the bill requires the owners of such establishments to ensure that children under 16 do not stay in these institutions at night and to check identity documents of girls and boys.
