Head of the Parliament Volodymyr Rybak has instructed to measure a noise level in the session hall of the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The parliamentary weekdays are often filled with nonproductive waste of time, and unethical noisy speeches are only ways to create reasons for populist self-promotion. I have asked to make formally measurements in the hall. They are being carried out now. It is impossible to work in such environment," Rybak protested.
