Ukraine and Hungary are considering issue of reverse gas supplies, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a news conference after talks in Brussels on the development of the gas market of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The Hungarian issue is still under development and concern supplies by various companies. I want to emphasize that any company, which meets the standards of our legislation, has the opportunity to conclude a contract with the “Ukrtransgaz” company and pump reverse gas supplies from Europe into our gas storage facilities," he said.
He also reminded that since May 15, the test mode of reverse gas supplies with Slovakia will be launched. The minister added that Ukraine is already receiving gas from Poland.
