The European Court of Human Rights does not take into account most of the complaints of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said, commenting on the decision of the ECHR in the case of Tymoshenko.

"The preliminary familiarization with the decision of the ECHR proved that the court, after reviewing all complaints of Tymoshenko, defined most of them unacceptable. Although we still do not have the court's decision, it has to be translated into the official language," Lavrynovych said.

In particular, the Court declared inadmissible the complaint of Tymoshenko regarding inadequate conditions of detention and punishment, failure to provide proper medical care, the implementation of video surveillance.

The minister drew attention to the fact that the court acknowledged the absence of violations of ill-treatment during transfer to the hospital, as Tymoshenko complained to the ECHR.
