The reforming process of the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" continues and will be completed after privatization of the company, vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Boiko said in an interview with The mirror of the week newspaper, his press service reported.
"We have created a joint stock company and submitted a bill lifting the ban on privatization. The company will be really divided after privatization," Boiko said.
He stressed that the privatization of the company was recommended by leading international consultants, and it will enhance the transparency of the company and will attract the substantial funds.
"The privatization will increase the transparency of the company and will allow paying off western loans with money received from the privatization," Boiko said.
"The decision will be made by the government, as long as we are preparing a legal framework," the vice Prime Minister summed up.
