Ukraine should fulfill its undertaken commitments to sign the Association Agreement with the European Union before the end of summer, Polish foreign minister Radoslaw Sikorski told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"It is important to understand that little time (up to Ukraine - EU Summit in November 2013, - Ed.) is left, and now there is no some magical date, but there is a huge risk that it may be too late, even if Ukraine makes the right moves at the last moment... To put it very roughly, the period, cannot be break in any case, is somewhere end of the summer," Sikorski stressed.

The minister recalled that the EU expects the Ukrainian government to pass bills on issues of justice, rule of law and democracy

"Also important are all issues, which relate to fairness of holding elections. These aspects will be studied very carefully in the EU," Sikorski said.
