Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov instructed to begin preparations for the next heating season.

"We went through eight winters at the same time. Heating is switched off. This means that preparations for the heating season and for next winter should be started without pauses," PM said, opening the Cabinet’s meeting on Wednesday, ForUm correspondent reports.

Azarov noted the need to "draw conclusions from winter 2012-2013," and count on the most severe weather conditions in preparation for the next heating season.

In addition, Azarov instructed to begin technical audit of all heating facilities. "Fine place should be detected before they are torn," Prime Minister summed up.
