Starting from May Ukraine will start again issuing loans under the state program on housing loans for youth, chairman of the state fund for youth housing assistance Leonid Rysuhin said during the roundtable, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Ukraine will start giving credits from May, and we expect to issue one hundred loans in a month," he said.
At the same time, according to Rysuhin, it is necessary to address a number of issues in order to reduce the mortgage rates, but it is extremely difficult to do at high rates on deposits.
In addition, he stressed that Ukraine needs to establish a state rental housing market without the right to privatize to solve the problem of providing Ukrainians with housing.
