Licensing conditions of import drugs become stricter

The Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine initiates stricter licensing conditions for drugs import.

According to the draft order, posted on the website of the Ministry, the existing license conditions, in particular, are supplemented by requirements that the importer dossier should contain information about the fact that drugs, imported into the territory of Ukraine, shall comply with good manufacturing practices, in line with the legislation of the European Union.
