Parliament starts considering the draft resolution on the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
Parliamentarians refused break in the work. 279 MPs voted for holding a meeting without interruption.
As a reminder, review of the government's responsibility was initiated by MPs of opposition factions, who collected 174 signatures for that.
In the case a non confidence motion is adopted, Prime Minister shall, on the same day to submit a letter of resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers to the President. The issue of responsibility of the Cabinet cannot be considered in Parliament twice during one session, and in the year after the approval of the program of activities of the government.
According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers, whose resignation is accepted by the President of Ukraine, on his instructions continues to fulfill its mandate before the new Cabinet of Ministers is formed, but not more than sixty days.
