Speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Rybak instructed the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Rules to deal with facts of non-personal voting of deputies, he said, opening the morning session of Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to Rybak, he was given photos, which proved the facts of non-personal voting.
"I instruct the committee to consider this issue, and I want to appeal to the deputies - all MPs must vote personally," Rybak summed up.
