The opening of the regular session of the City Council, previously scheduled for 9:30 a.m., occurred almost 2.5 hours later, at 11.50 a.m. due to a power failure.
As expected, the session will consider changes to the city budget, the program of socio-economic development of the city in 2013, will discuss the approval of a comprehensive regional housing program and a program for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
