Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych created the State Commission for Cooperation with the WTO and appointed his advisor and head of the main department for international relations at the presidential administration Andriy Honcharuk as its head and Ukraine's representative to the WTO.

The corresponding decree was posted on the website of the head of state on Monday.

According to the document, Honcharuk was appointed to ensure the introduction and implementation of a single foreign policy course of Ukraine on cooperation in the framework of the World Trade Organization and for the effective representation of the position of Ukraine at the WTO.
