President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych finalizes address to the Parliament, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said, ForUm correspondent reports.
"As far as I know, the President is finalizing the appropriate address, and I think the decision on this issue will be taken in May," he noted.
When asked whether the President will address the MPs in person or in writing, Yefremov said that it will depend on the situation in the Parliament.
"If the Parliament is willing to listen and work constructively, I think that the President will be ready to deliver address in Parliament. If there are completely senseless cries, it will make no sense for the President to speak in such a Parliament," the MP added.
