Prime Minister of Estonia Andrus Ansip wants that Ukraine and the European Union cooperate more closely, he said during a meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We want that cooperation between Ukraine and the EU will become more closely. We need to deepen cooperation. It is clear for me that the future of the EU will be in close cooperation with Ukraine," he said.

According to him, the Estonian investors are interested in the development of Ukrainian economy.

In addition, the Prime Minister of Estonia stated that the level of turnover has increased between two countries after a visit of the Prime Minister of Ukraine. "The trade turnover is growing quite rapidly. Political and cultural relations are developing," Ansip summed up.
