President Viktor Yanukovych admits the possibility to dissolve the Parliament, he said in Mykolaiv.
"When I am said: "Come on, dissolve the Parliament," I can do it but only in extreme cases ... We are not so rich to hold elections constantly. As they will be conducted at our expenses," the President said.
At the same time, the President stressed that he believes in the possibility to agree.
