The cause of the An-24 crash in Donetsk was the loss of airspeed during landing due to an error of crew, unprepared and not authorized for the flight, under the weather conditions, vice Prime Minister, chairman of the commission of inquiry into the crash causes Oleksandr Vilkul told a briefing in the Cabinet, ForUm correspondent reports.
Vice Prime Minister added that the State Aviation Service of Ukraine banned the Southern Airlines, which owned the crashed plane, to perform all kinds of air travel.
In addition, according to Vilkul, investigators conduct a pre-trial investigation, following which the perpetrators will be held liable.
