Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has expressed his condolences on the death of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
“Ukraine was saddened to hear the news of the death of former British Prime Minister, Baroness Margaret Thatcher. Britain has lost a talented politician and a distinguished stateswoman, whose name is associated with one of the most important milestones in its history,” Azarov’s government telegram says, Interfax-Ukraine informs.
The Ukrainian Premier expressed his deep condolences to the people of Britain and passed the words of support to the family and friends of the deceased.
