According to the official, this happens by selling quotas for greenhouse gas emissions with subsequent use of received funds to purchase modern energy efficient technologies and equipment. Thus, as of April 1, 536 projects on targeted "green" investments in 24 regions of Ukraine for a total amount of 3813.5 billion UAH were agreed with Japan.
