Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov does not rule out the holding of meeting of the Presidents of countries of the Customs Union with President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych in late May if the document on granting Ukraine a status of observer in the CU is prepared.
"If the preparatory work for this meeting is well organized, and the document is prepared for signing, then the meeting of the Presidents of the Customs Union and President Viktor Yanukovych will take place in late May. And the document will be signed at this meeting," the ambassador said.
He specified that the document refers to the issue that Ukraine will get an observer status in the Customs Union.
