Having seen that the majority may hold plenary session without them, the opposition demonstrated utter confusion, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Yesterday, I saw the utter confusion among members of opposition factions and leaders of the opposition movement, perfect illogic of their actions, both yesterday and today," he said.
Yefremov is also surprised by the fact that yesterday opposition called the majority to return to the hall, and today they continued blocking. "Yesterday, the leader of the opposition, Mr. Yatseniuk, urged Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak to return to hall and work. Today we went back to the hall and saw the blocked Parliament. We got no response about reason for blocking," the MP said.
Yefremov noted that when the majority was absent the hall, the opposition started to sort things out among themselves. He added that many members of the opposition do not want to work in this situation. The MP reminded that yesterday four MPs from the Batkivshchyna faction withdrew.
