If pro-government and opposition MPs cannot find understanding in Parliament, they should declare the dissolution of Parliament, the first President of Ukraine, chairperson of the Constitutional Assembly of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk said on air of Channel 5.

"In 1990, in Parliament there were people, who came out of prison, and people, who put them there. They sat side by side in the Parliament. However, they voted together when the question of the state and the independence was decided, because there was an understanding of the state and the people. The present MPs say they have gone so far that they cannot be reconciled. If they can’t reach agreement, they should dissolve Parliament, "- said Kravchuk.
