Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak will try to open plenary session of the Parliament in the session hall tomorrow morning.

"I will come into the hall and will persuade that it is necessary to work together to carry out the agenda, which was approved this week. We will see what there will be," he told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

Rybak also considers inappropriate to invite ministers at hour of questions to the government to the blocked Parliament.

According to him, members of the Cabinet will be invited to the parliament only if MPs agree to work. "If we agree, we’ll invite. If not, then the government should work, not wait for giving a word or not. The government must be respected," the speaker summed up.
