During the meeting of the parliamentary majority, the Party of Regions faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov said that part of the MPs have the right to sit plenary session outside the session hall, and the taken decisions will be legitimate.

In particular, Yefremov stressed that "we have 240 votes. Therefore, we may vote and decided on holding a plenary session outside the Parliament," ForUm correspondent reports.

According to Yefremov, this is necessary because the blocking of the Parliament hampers passing laws on European integration, as well as a number of economic issues, which will attract 50 billion UAH to the Ukrainian economy.

Proposal to hold plenary sessions in alternate mode was also supported by the Communist leader Petro Symonenko.

"The Communists support the proposal for constructive work in Parliament," Symonenko said.
