Presidium and rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada remain blocked by deputies from the opposition factions.
As ForUm correspondent reports, the opposition continued blocking at around 9 a.m. Currently, there are about three dozens of oppositionists.
Members of the majority are also present in the Parliament. As ForUm correspondent learned from leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov, they do not lose hope for a work.
"We came to work, we want to work," he said.
Answering a question about whether negotiations on unblocking are held, Yefremov said: "It is pointless to negotiate with people, who do not know what they want. It is possible to negotiate for the first time, the second, the third. Then it turns into a performance".
