The Verkhovna Rada plans to consider a draft resolution on the appointment of the next election of the Kyiv mayor and the Kyiv City Council members on June 2 on Thursday, April 4, speaker Volodymyr Rybak said during a conciliation board, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We will consider the draft, if it is properly prepared," he noted.

According to the chairman of the Parliament, the agenda will include a number of personnel issues. So, on Thursday, MPs plan to approve changes in the composition of parliamentary committees, to elect judges.

In addition, the parliamentarians are to approve the agenda of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation. Controversial issues, according to Rybak, will be merged into a single supplement and voted separately.

At the forthcoming plenary week, MPs plan to consider at least 89 drafts.

On April 8-12, MPs will work in committees and factions and will return to session work on April 16-19.

Speaker also reminded that an hour of questions to the government will be traditionally held on Friday. The MPs are going to outline its topic today.
