Ukraine cannot claim the half-way status in the work of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, first vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov said.
"The other day we received a letter from Ukraine on the format of its participation in the Customs Union. However, the membership cannot be a half-way, it must be complete," he said, speaking at the conference on the integration of Kyrgyzstan to the Common Economic Space.
