Ukraine and Hungary are set to expand transportation corridors, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said after the meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, the Cabinet’s press office informs.

"We have decided to expand the existing transport networks in the border regions. We also will work on increase in services to our citizens, who cross the border," Azarov said.

The parties agreed to hold the Days of Hungarian Culture in Ukraine and Days of Ukrainian Culture in Hungary.
Ukraine and Hungary are also going to provide grants for the mutual training of students in their universities.

In addition, it was agreed to increase cooperation in the energy sector, in particular for the development of nuclear energy, to increase the supply of Ukrainian electricity to Hungary and transit of European gas through Hungary to Ukraine.
