The government approved the concept of the implementation of state policy in field of informing and establishing communication with the public on topical issues of the European integration of Ukraine for the period until 2017. The corresponding decree of the Cabinet of Ministers was adopted on March 27, the Foreign Ministry press service informs.
The draft was developed by the Foreign Ministry with the aim of proper implementation of the President’s Decree on the National Action Plan for the year 2012 regarding implementation of the program of economic reforms for 2010-2014"Rich society, competitive economy, effective state".
This document is intended primarily to provide the growth of level of support of the population for Ukraine's EU integration course - as one of the country's foreign and domestic policy of our state - and create a favorable environment necessary for consistent implementation of the proclaimed policy of European integration of Ukraine.
The plan will be implemented by the FM along with other bodies of executive power.
